Pay Range: $23 – $26 per hour (based on education, training, and experience)

The Early Childhood Program Assistant supports the classroom teaching team and helps create a calm, engaging, and respectful learning environment. This is a full-time, academic-year position ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and values collaboration, observation, and thoughtful guidance.
In this role, you will assist children in developing independence, concentration, coordination, organization, and social skills—core goals of the Montessori approach. You will also contribute positively to the broader school community through teamwork and communication.
