Woodinville Montessori School (WMS) invites applications for an Early Childhood Assistant at the Bothell/Woodinville campuses. This full-time, academic year position runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
and starts August 2026, serving children ages 2.5 to 6 as part of a Montessori team. Responsibilities include supervising students, assisting Lead Teachers, classroom prep, snack service, and documenting attendance while maintaining a clean Montessori environment and supporting a safe, respectful learning

The Early Childhood Assistant will provide support to the classroom communities, of children ages 2 ½ to 6 years. Throughout the school year, the assistant will work with the Early Childhood Teachers and Program Director to ensure that students have the necessary tools and time to devote themselves to their work, building a cohesive community and continuing to develop the love of learning. The Bothell campus is conveniently located off I-405 just north of State route 522.The Woodinville campus is conveniently located two blocks south of downtown Woodinville, off State route 202.
This full-time, academic year position startsAugust 2026, with the hours of Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at the Woodinville Campus.
Salary range is $23 - $26 per hour, dependent on education, training, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, Long-Term Disability, and life insurance, paid time off, 403b retirement plan, professional development allowance.
