Duties

1. Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
2. Assist in potty training practices.
3. Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
4. Maintain frequent communication with parents.
5. Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
6. Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Prior experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred.
• Ability to be flexible, energetic, and collaborative.
