Job summary

Willmar Public Schools is seeking an Early Childhood Paraprofessional to assist teachers in a willmar-based classroom. The role runs from 8:00 to 3:30, Monday through Friday, supporting daily classroom setup, individual and group activities, and student needs under the EC Coordinator/Teacher’s guidance.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of child development, and strong communication and confidentiality skills.
