Job summary

Charlotte Allstars is seeking a Rising Stars Lead Instructor to join our Kindergarten Readiness program for ages 3–5. You will guide activities that blend early learning with gymnastics, movement, and play in a supportive group setting.

The position is Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM, part-time, paying $20/hour. Prior teaching or gymnastics experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and clear communication matter most.

Qualifications

• Patient, energetic and confident leading a group with clear communication to children and adults.
• Former teachers, coaches, and others working with young children are encouraged to apply. Teaching and gymnastics experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a class of 3–5 year olds in a Kindergarten Readiness setting with gymnastics, movement and play.

Rising Stars is a Kindergarten Readiness Program that combines early learning with gymnastics, movement, play, and hands-on fun for children ages 3–5. We're looking for someone who is patient, energetic, confident leading a group, and great at communicating with both children and adults.

Former teachers, coaches, and others with experience working with young children are encouraged to apply. Teaching and gymnastics experience are a plus-but neither is required.
