Saint Isaac Jogues Catholic School in St. Clair Shores, Michigan invites you to join our faith-filled team as a long-term substitute preschool teacher for four-year-olds from December 14 to March 24.

This role supports the Preschool program while the lead teacher is on maternity leave. You will provide a safe, nurturing classroom, follow lesson plans, build strong relationships with children and families, and maintain health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for working with young children.
• A dependable, patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous early childhood education or childcare experience preferred.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary/Long-Term Substitute
• Classroom staff: Two full-time classroom aides to assist you
