Qualifications

• Experience with childcare in preschool or toddler settings.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Driver license with clean record; van driving experience preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification required; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with early childhood development standards.
• Provide high-quality instruction supporting child development, behavior management, and classroom management.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and collaboration.
• Lead activities promoting early intervention, welfare, and preschool readiness while adhering to mandated reporting laws.
• Manage daily transportation duties as a van driver, ensuring safe pick-ups and drop-offs according to schedule and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress using standardized methods and document milestones accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment per early childhood education best practices.
