• 18 credits in early childhood education or related supervisory training.
• 45 DCF hours of required training.
• Supervisory teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with HS and COA standards.
• Supervise and evaluate Teacher Aide and volunteers.
• Ensure student safety and proper classroom health and safety checks.
• Maintain attendance logs and timely data entry.
• Communicate with families and conduct parent/teacher conferences.
