Responsibilities:

Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications:
  1. Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  2. Child Development Associate (CDA).
  3. Minimum 2 years of previous experience.
  4. Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems.
  5. Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
  6. Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally.
  7. Complete required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard.
  8. Meets background check eligibility and additional state requirements.
