Franklin-County-Board-of-Developmental-Disabilities is seeking an Instructor Assistant in Early Childhood to support the lead instructor in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will play a vital role in shaping early developmental experiences, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and engaged.

The role includes assisting with daily educational programs, observing child development, maintaining a positive classroom, and communicating effectively

Competenze

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completes or is currently enrolled in coursework related to Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• At least one year of experience in childcare or early childhood education setting.

• Assists the lead instructor in implementing daily educational programs and activities.
• Supports individual and group Child Development through observation and guidance.
• Maintains an organized and positive learning environment with effective Classroom Management.
• Provides direct Childcare and supervision, ensuring safety of all children.
