Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Early Childhood Soccer Coach to lead young learners in fun, educational, and safe soccer activities. Coaches should have prior experience with children in sports, teaching, or similar settings and an interest in early childhood development.

Availability across mornings, after-school hours, and weekends is preferred, with paid training and ongoing coaching development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in sports, teaching, camp, or leadership roles.
• Interest in early childhood education or child development.
• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation; Morris County area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, educational soccer activities for young children.
• Ensure safety and supervision of all participants during sessions.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Job description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *3-6 classes a week and can earn from $20per hr up to $45per hr.

• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

The majority of classes are held in the mornings or after school hours. We also work weekends as well.The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:

• Monday-Friday (Times): 9am-12pm or 2pm-6pm

• Weekends: (Times) 9:00am-12:00pm

• Reliable Transportation

• Local Preferably in the Morris County Area

• Early Childhood Experience Preferably

• Soccer Coach Experience a Plus but not mandatory
