Job Summary

The Teacher creates a caring and safe environment for children, focusing on activities that enhance care and education quality. The Teacher must communicate effectively, work well with others, and assist in implementing a developmentally appropriate educational program. Responsibilities include observing and documenting children's interests and progress, and fostering positive relationships with children and parents, under the guidance of the Director.

Key Duties

• Implement curriculum activities and encourage children's participation.
• Engage actively in activities; manage classroom materials.
• Communicate regularly with parents through discussions and reports.
• Promote self-help and hygiene behaviors through modeling.
• Assist with smooth daily transitions from home to the center.
• Follow all policies and regulations.
• Maintain professional development for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional child care experience.
• High energy and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge.
• Understanding of child development.
• Leadership, organizational, interpersonal skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification for infants/children.
• Background check and health screening clearance.
