Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking dedicated childcare staff to support early learning in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes safety, positive interactions, and development across language, literacy, math, and social-emotional skills for ages Birth to Five.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED, CDA credential (or will obtain within 6 months), and some experience in early childhood education. Bilingual applicants (Spanish) are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDA credential is required; employee will obtain within 6 months.
• Previous early childcare experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect the health and safety of children at all times and ensure no child is unsupervised.
• Assist with creating an organized learning environment aligned with Head Start outcomes.
• Help implement prescribed curricula across language, literacy, math, science, social studies, and arts.
• Support screenings, assessments, and ongoing evaluation of child progress.
• Engage parents in child development through conferences, home visits, and group activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with staff development and program operations.
