Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

WHO TYPICALLY FILLS OUR ROLE AS COACH:

• Early Education Teachers
• Elementary Teachers
• Students
• Stay At Home Parents
• Semi-Retired persons looking to stay active

• Preschool Teachers

BENEFIT TO OUR COACH:

• Pay - $28 per session; includes 6-10 hours of on-field training at $25/session, with an immediate increase to $28 per session after completing Coach Training Program
• Detailed Coaching Progression – you train more, you get paid more
• Opportunity to promote to Full-Time salaried position

A COACH NEEDS:

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

SOCCER SHOTS COACHES ARE:

• Safety-conscious, prioritizing the safety of each child
• Caring, engaging children with positive affirmation

COACHING HOURS:

Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (shifts typically 1-3 hours, possibly multiple shifts per day). Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-12:00pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COACH:

• Manage a class of up to 15 children safely
• Implement curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Be punctual and provide positive experiences for families and faculty
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Feel fulfilled knowing you made a difference
