Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or CDA required.
• Six months experience in DSS Licensed or Registered childcare facility.
• CPR/first aid certificate or ability to obtain.
• ECD 101 or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Positive attitude towards parents, children and co-workers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily care of every child following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
• Communicate with parents about child development and care via verbal and electronic methods.
• Complete annual DSS training hours.
