Qualifications

• High standards for customer service and organization.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Collaborate with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by assisting enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
