Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning: plan hands-on activities across art, music, literature and science.
• Create a safe space: supervise activities and maintain clean, organized classrooms.
• Connect with families: share updates, observations and learning evidence.
• Promote growth: document development and tailor lessons to individual needs.
• Uphold compliance: follow licensing standards and safety drills.
• Lead the team: mentor classroom assistants and collaborate on improvements.
• Foster community: build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
