Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support child development and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.
