Job Description: HEA Preschool seeks an experienced, qualified early childhood educator to join our team. Multiple positions available from part-time to full-time working with children six months to five years. Must enjoy working with families, young children, and colleagues in a playful environment.
Education Requirements: Qualified applicants must have, or be actively in pursuit of, ECE Lead Teacher credentials.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 lbs., sit on and be able to get up from the floor, engage children at their level and through play, be prepared for outdoor time in all weather.

Using a co-constructed curriculum, one that is child-initiated and teacher-supported, children are able to discover, wonder, observe, experiment, and problem solve in a warm and secure environment. Compensation: We offer competitive wages based on experience, health benefits, paid holidays, paid training, financial assistance towards ECE coursework, and child care discounts. Hourly rate: $20-25.
