Job summary

The Learning Experience #341 in Indiana is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment for preschoolers and implement our LEAP curriculum to foster early academic and emotional growth.

You will build strong relationships with families, collaborate with colleagues, and routinely share updates on children's progress through family apps and personal conversations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of professional teaching experience; one year is preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field, or HS diploma with experience.
• Commitment to helping children learn, play, grow and thrive; strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support development.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children's progress via apps and discussions.
