Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking Bright Horizons Teachers in the Waltham, MA area for full-time and part-time roles within toddler classrooms. You will create hands-on activities, communicate with parents, and ensure safety and adherence to guidelines in a caring center environment.

The role supports ongoing learning with potential CDA or college degree opportunities at no cost. Candidates must meet background checks and education requirements, with flexibility to cover various

Competenze

• Pass state and company background checks and meet minimum education/experience: 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s in early education or related field preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Mansioni

• Create hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements by reporting suspected abuse/neglect to authorities and informing the director.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or nearby locations.
