KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to implement its curriculum in a safe, nurturing classroom and to partner with families to support children's learning and development.

You will work with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals, deliver engaging activities, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for children, families, and the broader community.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
