Responsibilities

• Provide early education learning experiences in language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, art, physical education, and music to pupils.
• Instruct pupils in citizenship and basic subject matter as specified by state law and district procedures.
• Develop instructional materials for diverse learners and establish standards of pupil behavior.
• Evaluate academic and social growth and maintain records for parents and administration.
• Communicate with parents and hold conferences to discuss progress and programs.
• Create a conducive learning environment with engaging displays and centers.
