Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking passionate Early Education Professionals for children's soccer programs in the Greater Indianapolis Area. Qualified candidates will implement our curriculum at partnering locations, ensuring fun and engaging activities for children aged 2-8.

Job description

Early Education Professionals Needed for Children Ages 2-8: Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) & West Lafayette/Lafayette

Soccer Shots is the best-in-class children’s soccer program with a focus on character development for ages 2-8. We develop motor skills and teamwork, aiming to provide the best 30-minute experience each week.

We hire and train only the best instructors to work with our children. Working with children is something we take seriously; we expect you to enjoy and be passionate about it. Coaches are the face of Soccer Shots as they travel to partnering locations (preschools, day cares, public parks) to implement the curriculum.

We are looking for qualified coaches, preschool teachers, or driven individuals who love working with children. Soccer experience helps, but experience with young children is preferred. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Why Soccer Shots?

• Flexible scheduling: schedule is set once but allows some morning/afternoon gaps. You’ll be at the same location each week for the season.
• Competitive pay: starting lead pay $17 per session (≈$34/hr), training pay $12 per session. At most locations, multiple classes mean you’ll instruct 2-4 consecutive sessions ($34-$68 per hour or two).
• National presence: over 190 territories across 34 states.

Candidates must commit to at least the next 3-4 seasons (9-12 months); ideal candidates seek 12-month employment and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Availability: Full-time coaches must be from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, up to 2 weekday evenings (4pm-7pm) and possibly Saturday mornings. Part-time coaches must be available at least 3 full days a week, all mornings or all afternoons/evenings Monday-Friday.
• Responsible/Dependable: Arrive 15 minutes early, do not call off, manage a group of 10+ preschool children, keep accurate attendance, and communicate with Soccer Shots supervisors.
• Enthusiastic/High Energy: Enjoy interacting with 2-8 year olds, connect at their level, be outgoing, animated, silly, full of energy, and bubbly each session.
• Transportation: Must own reliable transportation.
• Equipment: Must own daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
