NYC Public Schools is seeking an Early Childhood Education Services Coordinator in the Division of Contracts and Purchasing. You will manage Bridge Loan processes, coordinate documentation, review contracts, and engage with DECE, legal, and oversight agencies to ensure timely approvals.
The role requires strong coordination, data management, and communication skills to support EarlyLearn, 3K, and Pre-K programs while maintaining detailed tracking across multiple systems.

The Early Childhood Education Services Coordinator in the Division of Contracts and Purchasing (DCP) will join a team that plays a critical role in supporting the City’s Birth-To-Five System, which includes programs that provide EarlyLearn, 3K, Pre-K services. The Early Childhood Education Services Coordinator will work with community-based service providers on the submission, review, and internal approval of contract documentation for services related to Early Childhood Education, including family engagement, professional development and direct student services.
The Early Childhood Education Services Coordinator will also assist in the management of the Bridge Loan program, which provides interim financing to community-based service providers of Early Childhood Education services by coordinating and monitoring program-related activities, reviewing supporting documentation, preparing program summaries, and supporting the planning and implementation of effective program oversight.
The Early Childhood Education Services Coordinator will evaluate documents and collaborate with the Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE), Office of Legal Services, Division of Financial Operations, Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, NYC Comptroller’s Office, and other internal and external stakeholders. Performs related work.

Key Relationships: Community-based Early Childhood Education and services providers, Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE), NYC Comptroller’s Office, Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS), HHS Accelerator, and other internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, individuals must have two additional years of the experience described in "1" above.
Salary: $72,114 - $82,000
(Internal candidates who are selected for this position and who currently hold comparable or less senior positions within the DOE will not earn less than their current salary.)
