The Goddard School of Horsham, PA is seeking an experienced, visionary and mature Director to lead our accredited early childhood program. You will mentor educators, uphold NAEYC/NECPA and Keystone STAR 4 standards, and drive curriculum excellence with a focus on play-based learning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a closely related field.
• Experience directing an early childhood center with QRIS/Keystone STARS knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized and strategic.
• Passion for elevating educational standards and working with families.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor a dedicated team of educators, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Uphold accreditation standards (NAEYC, NECPA, Keystone STAR 4) across classroom practices.
• Provide curriculum leadership to support high-quality, play-based learning and engaging lesson plans.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state licensing, health, and safety protocols.
• Build the school community by maintaining strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
• Lead tours and manage enrollment to promote the school’s mission in the local community.
