Qualifications

• 2 year degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous teaching/coaching experience in childcare or educational setting.
• EEC LT Certification (Teacher certification with experience acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support teachers in developing and implementing core and enrichment curriculum.
• Lead teacher observations, training, coaching and orientation.
• Support state and Goddard admin requirements and collaborate with families.
