Are you passionate about shaping young minds and supporting educators? People Incorporated is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Coordinator to lead curriculum development and elevate the quality of our early childhood programs (ages 0–5). This role works closely with leadership and teaching staff to ensure program excellence, regulatory compliance, and a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support age-appropriate, inclusive curriculum
  • Mentor and train early childhood educators
  • Monitor classroom quality and regulatory compliance
  • Lead professional development and supervision for teaching staff
  • Foster family engagement and community collaboration
  • Assist with program planning, evaluations, and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Bachelor’s or higher preferred
  • Certifications: MA EEC Lead Teacher certification required; Director certified preferred
  • Experience: 3–5 years in ECE, including 2+ in leadership
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of child development, staff supervision, and curriculum planning; bilingual skills a plus
