The Goddard School of Houston (Jersey Village) in Houston, TX is seeking a Director to oversee daily operations, support educators and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families.

As Director, you will uphold brand standards, lead staff development, implement our Wonder of Learning curriculum and build strong school-family-community relationships. This is a leadership role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
• Experience in leadership roles within an early childhood setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning standards
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to high-quality education and family partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead daily school operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team
• Deliver Wonder of Learning curriculum and ensure program quality
• Foster strong relationships with families and the local community
• Manage budget, enrollment and resources for operational success
• Maintain health and safety standards for children, staff and visitors
