Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a seasoned Child Care Center Director in Phoenix to lead an established school, develop staff, and drive measurable improvements in operations and culture.

The role requires 2+ years of management in licensed childcare, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Arizona licensing. You will manage daily operations, enrollment growth, and family relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Center Director, Preschool Director, or comparable childcare leadership experience.
• Strong staff management, coaching, and performance accountability.
• Knowledge of Arizona childcare licensing and early childhood education.
• Ability to independently manage school operations and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Must meet Arizona Center Director education and experience requirements.

Tutor Time is looking for a seasoned Child Care Center Director in Phoenix who can step into an established school and lead with confidence. We’re looking for an experienced early childhood leader who knows how to create accountability, develop staff, build a positive culture, and manage the full operation of a childcare center.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily school operations, staffing, enrollment, and performance

Compensation

Base pay for this role starts at $60,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on education and relevant years of leadership/management experience within a licensed childcare setting.
