Learning Care in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our school at 6632 Taylor Park Dr. You will oversee operations, enrollment, staffing and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.

We look for a proven leader who can manage budgets, coach a team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional care for children and families. Compensation starts at $53,000 annually and includes benefits.

• Demonstrated stability and progression within previous roles
• Strong coaching, accountability, and team-development skills
• Professional communication and strong organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage competing operational priorities
• Must meet Nebraska requirements to serve as a Child Care Center Director

Compensation

Base pay for this role starts at $53,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on education and relevant years of leadership/management experience within a licensed childcare setting.
