Job Description
Soar Autism Center is hiring for an Early Childhood Development Therapist across all of our clinics! As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you'll be instrumental in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism. This entry-level position involves close collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
No prior certification is necessary; we provide thorough training to equip you for success.

Recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers, particularly those with backgrounds in psychology, special education, child development, or related fields.
Individuals with a genuine passion for childcare and a love for working with children, including childcare providers, paraprofessionals, preschool teachers, or volunteers.

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
