Lifesteps is seeking a Supervisor for the Family Services Department in Butler, PA. The role provides oversight of community-based developmental screenings for children birth to 5 and leads staff across counties, while coordinating dates and outreach to connect families with early intervention services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid PA driver’s license.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 15 hours plus one year experience working with preschool children with disabilities.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license permitting operation in Pennsylvania.
• Experience establishing community collaborations and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee community-based developmental screenings for children birth to 5.
• Provide leadership to screening staff across multiple counties.
• Schedule screening dates and conduct outreach with families and providers.
• Perform performance reviews and train new employees.
• Manage time-off requests and maintain team operations.
