Join us as an Early Childhood Development Clinician at Careers @ Evidence-Based Associates

We are hiring licensed and pursuing licensure mental health and developmental clinicians in Colorado to be part of our Child First Team. This is a full-time position based in Pueblo County, with a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, requiring work in or near the posting location, including travel to clients' homes and community settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with families and partners in the assessment process, developing clinical formulations, and creating plans of care.
• Providing home-based psychotherapeutic interventions using relational, dyadic psychotherapy (CPP) and other modalities.
• Supporting caregivers' understanding of developmental challenges, trauma, and their own feelings and histories.
• Providing consultation in early care and education settings, participating in supervision, and maintaining documentation.

Supervisory Duties:

• Oversee and motivate a multidisciplinary team, ensuring proper training and support.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in psychotherapeutic work with diverse children and families, including parent-child therapeutic work and play therapy (minimum 3 years).
• Licensed or license-eligible (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, psychologist).
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
