The Nest Schools is seeking an Education Coordinator in Alabama to implement our proprietary health, wellness, arts, and life-skills curriculum across classrooms. You will partner with teachers, model engaging activities, and support staff, children, and families, while participating in daily administrative tasks and scheduling.

Ideal candidates demonstrate teaching experience, enthusiasm, and the ability to lead joyous activities, gym-style movement, and warm interactions with children.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and childcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proprietary curriculum in special classes across classrooms.
• Move between classrooms assisting teachers and modeling effective teaching.
• Support teachers, children and families; participate in daily admin tasks (opening/closing, tours, answering phones, purchasing).
• Lead by example in transitions and communication techniques.
