  • Certification in Early Childhood / Birth - 2nd.

  • Organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with state childcare licensing standards.

You are known for your patience and nurturing nature, coupled with a strong expertise in infant and toddler care, reflecting a deep understanding of the unique needs of young children. You excel in supervising and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Your proficiency in developmental observation enables you to provide tailored support that addresses each child's individual growth requirements.

What You’ll Do

Agency Responsibilities
  • Attend committee meetings and agency events which may occur on weekends and/or evenings.
  • Assist in planning Center and School wide events.
  • Attend program staff meetings, in-service training and on and offsite professional development workshops, as determined by Early Childhood Director.
  • Keep Director informed of all extra ordinary incidents relating to accidents, concerns about child’s welfare or circumstances.
  • Appropriately represent the center in all forums.
Our Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Certification in Early Childhood / Birth - 2nd
  • Experience in early childhood teaching and program coordination

Preferred Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Salary

$80,000-$90,000
