Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of ECSQ and CLASS; training/certification in assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches teachers/home visitors to implement curriculum with fidelity and standards.
• Assesses classrooms/home visits using CLASS/HOVRS and sets quality goals with follow-up.
• Implements coaching strategies, models teaching, and suggests environment adjustments.
• Monitors child observation, assessment, and data to support individual needs.
• Interprets developmental data to plan goals and services and reports results.
• Supports professional development and participates in staff meetings.
