Abilities Network is seeking an Early Childhood Coach to join Project ACT in Maryland. You will provide high‑quality training and reflective coaching to educators and programs serving children under age 6, helping centers implement EXCELS strategies and improve care.
This hybrid role requires some evenings/weekends and occasional overnight travel. The starting pay is $45,000 per year, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life/AD&D, 403(b), FSA, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Abilities Network, is looking for an Early Childhood Coach to join our Project ACT program. Project ACT serves Maryland’s early childhood community to promote high quality care for all children through training and coaching. Early Childhood Coaches provide training and technical assistance and provide supportive and high quality assistance to address concerns and work cooperatively with child care programs to address the needs of programs serving children under age 6 as well as out of school time programs.
