Brighter Paths in Alaska is seeking a Day Care Director to lead our childcare program and operations. You will develop curriculum, supervise staff, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance, while engaging with families and guiding budget decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing child care programs and educational curriculum
• Hiring, training, and managing staff members
• Ensuring the day care center adheres to local regulations and standards
• Overseeing facility maintenance and ensuring a clean and safe environment for children
• Communicating with parents and guardians about their children's progress and behavior
• Monitoring and maintaining budget and financial records for the facility
• Handling emergencies and crises promptly and in a responsible manner
• Organizing and participating in staff meetings and parent-teacher conferences
• Ensuring adequate staff coverage and managing staff schedules
• Conducting child enrollment processes and maintaining up-to-date child records
