Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED, plus 3 years related experience.
• New York State CDA certification preferred.
• DOE/DOI/PETS Fingerprint Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in implementing a structured daily schedule and routine.
• Lead activities and ensure the safety and security of students; supervise at all times.
• Attend trainings, workshops, and seminars as requested by the Program Director.
• Help cover lunch breaks and support administrative/operational duties.
• Be ready to temporarily lead the classroom if the lead teacher is absent.
