Qualifications

• Support early childhood education through hands-on activities and caregiving.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher to deliver age-appropriate lessons.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom meeting licensing and ratio requirements.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
