Columbus Early Learning Centers (CELC) is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support early childhood education in our Columbus classrooms. You will help implement engaging activities and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children aged 3–5.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a CDA required; degrees preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure child safety and well-being through supervision and a clean play environment.
• Plan and maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized learning space.
• Follow licensing rules and CELC policies.
• Provide First Aid or CPR in emergencies and prevent illness spread.
• Observe children for signs of illness or distress and report to Center Director.
• Engage families with regular communication and progress reports.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to support learning goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
