Qualifications

• Meets Colorado Minimum Rules and Regulations for Teacher Assistants.
• Must pass federal and state background checks and a pre-employment drug screen.
• Requires physical and verification of employment/education/credentials; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with routines, activities and caregiving tasks with supervision.
• Support developmentally appropriate activities across learning domains.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and outdoor space in line with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Foster inclusive classroom community and respect for diverse families.
• Follow Early Connections policies, CDHS licensing, and NAEYC standards to ensure high-quality care.
• Engage in positive interactions promoting curiosity and social-emotional growth.
• Maintain professional conduct and reliable attendance.
