Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Dependable, adaptable and collaborative in a classroom.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; Infant/Toddler positions may require lifting infants.
• DCDEE Qualification Letter required/preferred.
• TB and Physical dated within 12 months prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Support each child’s social and emotional development.
• Establish positive and effective family relations.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and entire faculty to plan and implement lessons.
