Big Blue Marble Academy in Georgia is seeking Early Child Care Assistant Teachers for Infants, Toddlers and Floater positions. You will join a team focused on teamwork, growth, and diversity, with on-the-job training that can advance you toward Center Director.

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll work with the Lead Teacher, document milestones using electronic daily tracking, partner with families, and follow safety guidelines to keep classrooms safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• At least 19 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom is functioning smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture and care for their children; document milestones with electronic daily tracking.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
