Bambini Childcare is urgently hiring an Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children. This role offers competitive pay and both full-time and part-time schedules onsite, with opportunities to grow in early childhood education.

The Assistant Teacher will help with daily activities, prepare learning materials, and foster positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Caring, dependable, and willing to support children's learning and development
• Able to work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and other team members

Responsabilités

• Support Daily Classroom Activities: Assist the Lead Teacher with lessons, activities, and daily routines.
• Encourage Children's Growth: Supervise, interact with, and engage children in activities that support their learning and development.
• Prepare Learning Materials: Organize classroom supplies and materials to create engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Help keep the classroom clean, organized, welcoming, and safe for all children.
• Build Positive Relationships: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
