Early Childhood Assistant Teacher (2025/26)

Central Christian School is seeking a Christ-filled, dynamic, and warm individual to serve our school as an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher. Directed by a Lead Teacher, the Assistant Teacher will support the implementation of curriculum and instructional objectives. This full-time position will complement the teacher’s methods and strategies in meeting the needs of each child.

• A profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• A member of a local, Bible-teaching Christian church
• Provide planned support to children on an individual, class, and small group basis
• Interact with students in a respectful and caring manner, developing relationships to better understand students' individual characteristics
• Work collaboratively with other classroom teachers and assistant teachers
• Contribute as a member of the instructional team in team planning meetings
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents
• Strive to steward the diversity of the school community
