Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse population and collaborate with others.
• Must pass background checks and medical clearances.

• Assist the Teacher in the classroom.
• Demonstrate professional manners and reliability.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, stimulating environment.
• Manage an Early Childhood classroom with appropriate supervision.
• Participate in curriculum planning and monthly implementation.
• Develop plans to meet social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs.
• Assist in daily activities based on individual assessments.
• Oversee activities and interact with groups and individuals.
• Collaborate with team to support child development.
