Responsibilities

Monitor children at all times and keep them within sight in all settings.
Plan activities for groups of up to 20 children and ensure safety.
Attend required professional development hours; additional literacy training for PreK staff.
Provide support to the lead teacher and co-teachers to maintain a safe, positive environment.
Record daily activities and incidents; complete accident and behavior reports when required.
Prepare and serve meals and snacks; greet parents and address children by name.
Assist with diaper changes, sleep routines, and classroom clean-up.
Adhere to school policies and reporting procedures.
