Raymond James is seeking an experienced and highly organized Early Careers Sourcing, Engagement & Recruiting Operations Specialist to help drive our campus recruiting, internship, and early talent strategies.

This role helps bring our early careers recruiting strategy to life through talent acquisition, candidate engagement, recruiting technology, and university relations. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to recruiters and business stakeholders by managing recruiting platforms, developing candidate marketing campaigns, engaging student talent communities, and optimizing recruiting processes that support the firm’s future talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Community Engagement

• Develop and execute student outreach and engagement campaigns to attract top early career talent.
